1. There is no registration, renewal, or training fee to become a Nexora Seller Partner. Joining is completely free.
2. Any individual above 18 years and a citizen of India is eligible to join after submitting valid KYC (PAN, Aadhaar, Bank details).
3. By signing up, the applicant agrees to adhere to Nexora’s Policies, Code of Conduct, and the Direct Selling Rules, 2021 as issued by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.
4. Nexora Seller Partners are independent business persons and not employees or agents of the company.
5. A cooling-off period of 20 days is granted during which a seller can opt out without penalty.

Seller Partners shall:

Promote only Nexora's fashion & lifestyle products
Maintain transparency, ethics, and fair practices in all transactions
Avoid selling over MRP or offering products via retail shops or other e-commerce platforms
Not mislead or pressure others into joining or making purchases
Never misrepresent themselves as company staff, agent, or franchise
Respect and maintain confidentiality of internal data and platform access
Avoid promoting or selling products from other brands through Nexora
Avoid any cash transactions on behalf of Nexora – only digital payments are allowed
Comply with Returns, Refund, and RTO policies

A Seller Partner must NOT:

Violation of these terms may lead to termination of Seller License (NXID), legal action, and forfeiture of commissions.

Nexora reserves the right to reject any application or terminate a seller ID in case of policy violations.
Distributors are solely responsible for income tax/TDS on their earnings.
All business is conducted on a principal-to-principal basis.
Nexora uses NEFT/UPI/IMPS modes for all payments – cash is strictly prohibited.
All policies and terms are subject to change via official communication.
