Return & Refund Policy



At Nexora, we take pride in offering high-quality fashion and lifestyle products through our co-commerce platform. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth and fair return and refund process.


1. General Guidelines

This policy applies only to fashion and lifestyle products such as apparel, footwear, accessories, and sunglasses sold through www.nexorafashion.com. · By purchasing from Nexora, you agree to the terms listed below. · Nexora reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.


2. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return within the return period mentioned on the product’s description page. · The product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • With all tags, labels, and original packaging intact
  • Free from stains, sweat, perfume, or damage
  • Innerwear, socks, and swimwear are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

3. Reporting Issues

Any issue regarding wrong, damaged, or missing products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to:

  • Or raise a complaint directly through the Order section on your Nexora dashboard.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are initiated only after a successful quality check at Nexora’s warehouse.
Amount will be refunded to your original payment source (bank/UPI/card/wallet) within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in case of damaged or wrong product delivery.


5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before dispatch via the Order section in your account.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible—but you can still return the product as per this policy.


6. Important Conditions

  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:
  • Original tags/packaging are missing
  • There is any physical damage or odor
  • It’s a bundled promotional product (partial returns not allowed)

7. Repeat Returns Abuse

Nexora reserves the right to restrict return privileges or impose additional charges on accounts found to be abusing the return system through repeated, unjustified returns.

8. Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping

9. Refund for Canceled Orders

If an order is canceled before dispatch, refund will be processed after adjusting any applicable business incentives or rewards earned on that order.


10. Disputes & Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of this policy shall be governed by Indian laws, and courts located at Haldwani, Uttarakhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
